This update fixes issues that causes --big option to break with cut surface output due to issues with edge creation.
Additionally this update provides changes to vogcheck so that it reports when a file will need --big option to process.
Also fixes issues that allows FVMAdapt code to work with the --lilbig option that doubles the key space size.
Adds --lilbig and --biglil options implement the two parts of the --big option.
